When you contact us

When our enquiry and interest-list services are connected, we store the information you submit to respond to you or provide the updates you request. We do not sell your contact details. Do not submit sensitive health information.

Your choices

You can remove favourites in your browser or clear site storage. Marketing sign-up is optional. Every sign-up confirmation includes a link to remove your email from the list.

Your customer account

We store your name, email, a password hash, saved addresses and account order records to provide your account and manage purchases. Essential sign-in cookies keep you signed in. An essential cart cookie keeps a guest checkout tied to the browser that started it. Security emails include verification and password recovery links; creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by LusHub.

Your account orders are linked to your signed-in account. Guest orders are not attached based on email alone. Return requests are recorded for our team to review. Contact LusHub to request access to or deletion of your personal information; we may need to retain order records.
