Shop available pieces with secure checkout. Current availability and delivery eligibility are checked before payment.
Delivery
Free delivery is included in eligible item prices for standard England and Wales addresses. Scotland, Northern Ireland, islands, offshore and surcharge postcodes require a delivery quote before payment. Check your postcode at checkout. Pieces may arrive separately. Delivery timing depends on the piece; contact LusHub before ordering if you need a specific date.
Returning a piece
For most ordinary online goods purchases, you can notify us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to cancel, then have a further 14 days to return it. Exceptions and any applicable return postage costs will be explained before purchase. Faulty or misdescribed goods have additional rights.
Please keep packaging where possible so an item can travel safely. Opening a box to inspect an item does not automatically remove your cancellation rights. A deduction may apply where handling goes beyond what is needed to assess an item and reduces its value.
The Second Look
Returned items must be received and inspected before being offered again. Any open-box status, visible marks or missing accessories will be disclosed in the individual listing. A return does not automatically become new stock.
